I've been a bit quiet on my newsletter this year, and that's because I've been creating a lot of new things in my business and offerings - in service to you!

One day last fall, I came in from a trail run (where I do my best thinking) and started reflecting on where I want to help people most. It got me thinking: What I have learned over the years (after working on myself and with hundreds of clients) is that the positive effects of nutrition don't happen in a silo. Not for me - or any of my clients.
Step One:
Where I always begin when someone says they want support on nutrition is this: "How do you most want to feel in your life?"
Nutrition and your most desired feeling are connected.
When I ask my clients this key question, they say they desire to feel things like: BRAVE, CONFIDENT, CAPABLE, RADIANT, SATISFIED, FULFILLED, PEACEFUL, PRESENT and ENERGIZED.
Step Two:
When you are clear on how you want to feel across your whole life, we use that as the foundation to create your customized plan for what will work best for you and what will get you to that desired feeling. In this work, I look and listen to the whole person, because that's what it takes to really make lasting change. We get clear on all of you!
Step Three:
From there, I integrate my training in nutrition, anatomy & physiology, as well as spiritual psychology, to support you in a totally bespoke plan that will raise your level of consciousness, body awareness, and elements that can bring you vitality and confidence.
