2025: Fresh Start to the Year / Improve Digestion

Start the year off right with a focus on clean eating and improving your gut health! Our gut plays a crucial role in our overall health, affecting digestion, immune function, and nutrient absorption. By joining this program, you'll not only learn how certain foods impact YOUR body, but you'll also gain a renewed sense of energy, focus, and motivation to set the tone for the year ahead. Past participants of this group program have reported fantastic results!

3-Week Program: January 2025

For several years, I've offered a group “cleanse,” and this year, I'm giving you two options to hit the RESET BUTTON:

  1. Option 1: Follow a simple meal plan with clean meals and shake packets, making it easy to stay on track for a few weeks.

  2. Option 2: For those who prefer whole foods over shakes and are looking to take it a step further, I’ve created a plan to eat three full meals per day.

Program Details:

  • Pre-Cleanse (1 week): Begin eliminating inflammatory foods to prepare your body for the full 14-day cleanse.

  • Cleanse (2 weeks): Follow a 14-day clean-eating program to reset your body, detoxify, and boost your energy. You’ll be supported by a community of participants working toward the same goal.

  • Complete Guide: All instructions, recipes, and educational handouts are organized in an easy-to-follow, week-by-week format, so you can start with the group OR when it's convenient for you.

  2. Choose Your Program:

    • Smoothie Kit Program (available in Paleo or Vegan options)

    • Whole Food Program (no smoothies, but includes recipes)

  3. Purchase Your Cleanse Kit:

    • For the Smoothie Kit Program, you'll need the Smoothie Cleanse Kit (which includes shake packets and supplements).

    • For the Whole Food Program, you'll need to purchase just the supplements.

I believe the health and wellness of women in the workplace should be of top priority. Menopause symptoms affect 20% of the workforce and greatly impacts their performance. According to recent surveys published in Business Wire:

  • 4 out of every 10 women reported that menopause symptoms have interfered with their work performance or productivity on a weekly basis.

  • 2 out of 10 women noted that menopause symptoms interfered with their work performances/productivity either daily or multiple times a day.

  • 1 out of 4 women felt that their menopause symptoms negatively impacted their career development or work-related opportunities, while 17% have actually quit a job or considered quitting due to menopause symptoms.

  • 57% of respondents said if they were considering working for a company, it would be “very important” or “somewhat important” to them if the company clearly expressed a commitment to support employees with menopause symptoms.

Many symptoms can be managed with a change in nutrition and lifestyle habits. Providing this care to women results in the retention of good employees, better overall productivity and women that feel valued and cared for.

INTRO TO PELVIC FLOOR

The pelvic floor is a group of muscles that is at the base of what many refer to as “the core,” however many of us are not taught how to activate the pelvic floor muscles or incorporate them into our core work! Women often have a dysfunctional pelvic floor after giving birth or as they navigate the peri- or post-menopause years. This video series teaches the basics on how to incorporate the pelvic floor muscles into your core routine to ward off incontinence, back pain, hip pain, prolapse, and more. It includes detailed explanations on performing the exercises properly as well as two full classes to begin building pelvic floor strength.
