4th Annual Women's Wellness Retreat: The Art of Connection

We are thrilled that you are ready to make an investment in yourself and start 2025 with us at The Art of Connection. These retreats are curated for women who seek growth physically, mentally and spiritually and who are open to being active, trying new things, meeting new people and learning new ways of being. Our intention is to create peace, positivity and joy within ourselves and the world around us!

Our world today has us constantly "connected", yet we claim to be lonelier and more disconnected from each other than ever!  In order to truly connect to ourselves and our world we must disconnect (particularly from outside distraction).  At this retreat you can expect to be cell-phone free!  We will turn in our devices and turn to ourselves and each other. While we are adventuring and playing in Southern Utah, we will always maintain access to cell phones (managed by key staff) in case of emergencies.  We will also provide an emergency number that can be shared with your close family/support in case you need to be reached.

If you sign up and have not worked with Emilee in the past, someone from the team will reach out to you to set up a 30 min call to ensure this is the right fit for you.
