Steak Fajitas in Slow Cooker

Ingredients

2 lbs Flank Steak
Large Yellow Onion (sliced, ) 
Red Bell Pepper (sliced, )
Green Bell Pepper (sliced, ) 
2 cups Tomato Salsa
1/4 cup Beef Broth
2 tbsps Fajitas Seasoning Mix

Directions

  1. Cut flank steak into 6 equal portions and place in your slow cooker.

  2. Add onions and peppers to the slow cooker.

  3. Pour in the tomato salsa and add beef broth.

  4. Add fajita seasoning and mix everything together.

  5. CoverandcookonHIGHfor4to5hoursoronLOWfor6to8hours.

  6. Transfer meat to a cutting board; using two forks, shred the beef.

  7. Stir beef back into the slow cooker.

  8. Serve hot with flour tortillas or over brown rice or cauliflower rice.
