With a New and Improved Whole Food Option!

As we head into the high point of the holiday season, many of us tend to indulge in foods and drinks that we wouldn't normally have—things like sugar, alcohol, cheese, and cream. And why not? It's a time to enjoy the traditions, celebrations, and quality moments with family and friends. However, once the festivities are over, we often find ourselves feeling sluggish, inflamed, puffy, and just a little "off."

For many years now, I've led a January cleanse that includes two shakes and one whole food meal each day.

This year, I've introduced an exciting new option: using whole foods for the entire program!

While it does require a bit more time and effort, it's perfect for those who have done the shakes before or for anyone who loves to cook and wants to embrace a clean eating lifestyle with delicious new recipes. If that’s not for you, the shake option is still available!
